My Background
I am an expert practitioner and instructor of therapeutic massage with over 15 years of experience. Using my degree in Sports Rehabilitation Massage Therapy, I take pride in being able to address each client’s needs differently so they leave feeling, not only rejuvenated, but physically free of pain. I specialize in positional release, swedish, prenatal and postnatal massage, as well as therapeutic deep tissue therapy for relaxation, chronic pain, tension, and injuries. I love to take a whole-person approach with my clients and regularly integrate herbal medicine, essential oils and hot stone therapy into my work.
